I had to post this here.....this potato salad rocks and does not contain any of the devil's condiment.
1. in a large pyrex bowl, cut up red potatos into chunks.
2. Toss with Olive oil (about 1/8-1/4 cup), chopped fresh garlic (to taste), salt, pepper and parsley.
3. Cover and Nuke on Hi for 25-35 minutes, stopping to stir every 10 minutes or so.
4. Let cool or chill before serving
Thats it. Enjoy......
